Order Processing
All orders are processed the same day (Monday–Saturday) if placed before 6:00 PM.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels
If our courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be returned to us. Our customer service team will reach out to reschedule the delivery.
In case of no response within 3 days, the order will be canceled and refunded (if prepaid).
