We want you to love every piece you purchase from Ulborz. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer a 15-day return policy — meaning you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and undamaged.
All tags, jewellery cards, and original packaging must be intact.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted for return.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return shipping instructions, and issue a return shipping label if applicable.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
